Vivek Kumar is Program Manager of — North East Entitlements project. He is currently managing the North East project in three states viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Tripura. Before this project, Vivek was Team Lead at District Mineral Foundation Trust, Planning and Monitoring Unit (DMFT-PMU) in Jharkhand. Vivek has worked closely with the district and state administration in designing and implementing large-scale government programs in livelihoods and social protection domains A post-graduate in gender studies from TISS, Mumbai, Vivek has another master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Vivek wishes that his work should impact across regions and attempts to make scaleable programs.
