Rati forbes has been a director at the forbes marshall group of firms since 1992, and up until four years ago, she was responsible for managing the human resources department. Today, ms. Forbes now devotes her entire time to the social initiatives of the company. She also heads the foundation and has initiated several programs for underprivileged women and children from neighbouring communities across health, education, and women’s empowerment. Rati graduated in psychology (honors) and sociology from bombay university and has also studied human resources, organizational behavior, and strategic philanthropy. She graduated from cambridge university with a master of studies in sustainability leadership and management.
Mrs. Rati farhad forbes is a graduate of psychology and sociology from bombay university and has further done special courses on women in leadership, human resources, and organisational behaviour and social entrepreneurship and philanthropy from iim ahmedabad and stanford university. She is also on the board of other companies including forbes marshall private ltd. (since 1999).
