Mihika is an Associate in the Policy Engagement Vertical at Swaniti. An alumna of JNU, she is a Mphil from the School of International Studies, JNU, and is a Ph.D. candidate at the same school. A post-graduate in History, Mihika has worked as a Research Assistant at the South Asian University, New Delhi. A researcher and academic at heart, Mihika believes in policy that is informed by research. She aspires to devote her academic skills to bring a positive impact through policy-based research.
