The engagements team works within communities and directly with Members of Parliament to deliver on development solutions by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, identifying available resources and providing on-ground project management support, and oversight units.

SPARC Programme

SPARC was formulated in 2016 to promote data driven governance and to catalyze development at the grassroots level. For a period of one year, Swaniti associates are assigned to Parliamentarians across 20 constituencies, in order to support them in bridging the existing developmental gaps, by formulating and implementing interventions at the ground level. Quantitative insights are provided based on extensive analysis of secondary and primary data sources to understand the problem, design relevant and feasible solutions and facilitate the implementation of the proposed solution. Individual Engagements

The engagements team provides ground support to Members of Parliament in implementing government schemes and initiatives. We focus on systems changes by working with communities and administrators. Swaniti team members work with key government officials like District Magistrates and the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) to implement programs. Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana

Swaniti Initiative has worked on the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana of the Government of Indi, and have developed a comprehensive structural framework for ensuring convergence of existing government schemes and ensuring a community-led development planning approach by aligning the development needs with available resources. The team worked closely with MPs in six villages across the nation, where they assessed the existing gaps, conducted extensive surveys, identified potential partners and executed projects across mutiple sectors.
