SPARC Program: Constituency Development
Swaniti’s Flagship program places young professionals with Members of Parliament to work on constituency development for a period of 1 year with an aim to streamline systems and to bring innovatice solutions to the constituency.
Capacity Building of Parliamentarians
We partner with experts from different sectors and organize closed door roundtables with parliamentarians to understand the challenges they face when monitoring the implementation and to educate them for better policy making
Improving Maternal Health
We organized a roundtable for the Bangladesh parliamentarians particularly who had keen interest in understanding the best practices for improving Maternal Health.
Project Management Units
We collaborate with the Government of India to provide project Management expertise for the implementation of the District Mineral Funds Trust. The Project Management Unit conducts field research on potential projects and advices the government for effecient and effective utilization of funds.
Sharing best practices for Public Financial Management System
We were invited by the World Bank to create a model for sharing the best practices of the PFMS system by Slovakian Government. The e-learning model was shared with experts across the globe to incorporate the learnings in their future projects
